The fascination of steam engines transcends all ages and backgrounds, quite what actually derives so much pleasure from seeing a model steam engine run varies, but of one fact we can be sure - it's great fun!
The traditional route to owning and running steam engines beyond those which may be classed as toys has in general required some engineering skills and use of machinery. For the discerning collector, Cotswold Heritage has established what is termed the 'Premier Range'. These models represent our finest productions and include a wealth of detail. Not available as kits, the Premier models are fully factory finished exhibition quality pieces in their own right.
